My issue has been resolved. I'm not sure what was causing it still, but I did additional testing and I was testing continuity from the ECU harness all the way to the coil pack connector with the PTU plugged in. After testing all six pins for all six cylinders (which it was weird, all six pins on the ECU harness worked for each cylinder's coil pack connector, but I guess that might be covered in the PTU test in the FSM) and seeing that everything is working all down the line from the ECU to the coil packs, and that all the coil packs are working, and that all the spark plugs are good, and that all the fuel injectors are working, and all the connections are tight, I started the car up and it worked. I didn't mess with the CAS at all except to inspect and clean the connectors for that also. Unfortunately I still don't know the root of the problem, and after taking it out for a drive everything was in proper working order. If the issue comes back I at least now know how to test specific cylinder connections and starting from the ECU harness. I feel this will at least give me a better chance at finding the issue faster than just trying a whole bunch of things at once. Hopefully it will remain this way for my sake. Good luck!
